This new platform simplifies how you manage your membership, access tools for your fitness journey, and stay connected with the French River Fitness Centre—all from your phone or computer.
What's New?
Online Memberships & Auto-Renewal
- Purchase or renew your membership anytime through Virtuagym.
- Set up Pre-Authorized Payments (PAP) for hassle-free renewals.
Member Portal & Mobile App
- Book sessions, track your workouts, and access virtual fitness tools.
- Receive notices about closures, equipment updates, and new programs.
QR Code Check-ins
- Use your Virtuagym app to check in during each visit.
- A more secure and easier way to track member access.
Key Reminders
Key Fobs Still Required
- Pick up your fob in person at the Municipal Office.
- $25 refundable deposit required. Lost fob? $50 replacement fee.
- If not returned within 3 months of expiry, the deposit will be forfeited.
Membership Expiry = Fob Deactivation
- Fobs are automatically deactivated if your membership expires.
- As the school board still manages the Key Fobs, it can take up to 24 hours to reactivate your fob.
All Members Must:
- Sign the updated Membership Agreement and complete the PAR-Q+ Physical Activity Readiness Form.
- Follow the Facility Rules: indoor shoes only, clean equipment after use, and no outside food or drinks.
- Please note that violations will result in suspension without a refund.
Family Memberships
We now offer Family Plans for up to 4 people! Add a 5th person for just 25% more.
