The Municipality of French River has commissioned the team of Descon Construction Ltd. and its planning consultants to explore an independent senior housing initiative.
The team is currently working on facility programming to include items such as; Number of Suites, Building Layout, Amenities and Rental Rates.
The construction process is anticipated to begin during the winter of 2023/24, with occupancy scheduled for spring 2025.
The Team is asking for feedback from the community to adapt the building to suit the community's needs.
The below survey will take approximately 10 minutes of your time. Your answers will remain anonymous and strictly confidential. The surveys will be destroyed once information is tabulated and responses included in aggregate form within the report.
However, there is a section to leave your contact information if you wish to be kept up to date on the progress of the project or if you are interested in renting a space in the new building.
